Returns & Exchanges
We want you rocking ZTR gear that fits right. If something isn't working out, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In their original condition with tags still attached
To start a return or exchange, email us at zacharytaylor011@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you with instructions on where to send your item.
Exchanges
Since we run small batches of each design, exchanges (like swapping a size or color) are subject to availability. We'll always do our best to get you the right fit, but if the size or color you need is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you that it's been received and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (see below).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, contact us right away at zacharytaylor011@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
Local Pickup Orders
If you chose local pickup at the track, the same 30-day return window applies from the date of pickup. Reach out to us directly to arrange a return or exchange in person or by mail.
Coming Soon & Pre-Order Items
Some items on our site are marked "Coming Soon" and aren't yet available to purchase. Once these items go live and ship, they're covered by the same return policy above.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
